Current Employee Splunk has one of the most competitive salary offerings in the market for SE’s. The future is bleak and unpredictable with the recent acquisition of Cisco and there are very strong rumors that our pay will be leveled (dropped to match equivalent of Cisco SE’s) once we become fully integrated around August-September of this year. Will be keeping an eye out for new opportunities.
