Recent acquisition and last years shake up of territories was a poor decision made it difficult to sell and gain traction with customers. Too much middle management and moving targets with enough to do with selling and quoting then to add to planning and constant SFDC updates. Former Employee2.0Dec 6, 2023Terrible. I'm glad to have left. The money was amazing but once a couple of big renewal and uplifts were out of the way, there was nothing. No leads, no opps. Splunk would have been a great place to work 7 years ago. The culture is terrible. Middle management are a waste of space and money drives bad behaviours. Stay well clear.
