Good experience with new sales leadership so far. Lots of changes happening in GTM, so if you can fight through short-term pain of change, you will be at a company turning into a multi-product company and ability to break the comp plan.

As an SDR, career growth is the most important point for me and unfortunately... there is no growth mindset and opportunities for another role for the simple reason that Sprinklr is fitted for Very Large Enterprise and not so much Mid-Market / SMBs... Too risky for them to promote you to the AE role with no real closing experience Very good pay but stressful culture

As a solutions consultant, the case comp is competitive, however the balance between work load and commission between SC’s and AE’s is terrible. SC’s own a highly technical sales cycle, with little upside to comp. AE’s earn high commissions and rely heavily on the ecosystem to deliver wins.
