Current Employee Product is still great and so are the people. Increased pressure from new leadership has all managers putting that pressure then onto their reps. Burnout is ravaging the entirety of the sales team and I would expect to see a lot of reps move on soon. In my time here i've never seen a time where reps are openly communicating this to one another until now.
New 2025 changes to the comp plan do not benefit reps (although they acted like it was great) and makes it tougher to earn. They masked this comp plan in layers of complexity and no one truly understands it.
