Current Employee The sales org continues to hire yet VERY few sellers are hitting their number or making good money. Comp plan is a moving target- multiple versions have been rolled out in 2025 already. It feels like changes to comp plan hurt sellers more than help. Cost cutting measures happening all around- no one is getting rich selling here. Attainment averaging less than 20% across teams- with that comes pain and scrutiny from leadership. Targets are very high and so are expectations…. But very few are delivering- the only solution to these deep seated issues communicated from leadership to tell sellers that it’s up to them to create more pipeline. I would not recommend Sprout (today’s version) to someone looking for a career change. New reps struggle significantly to build pipeline. Save yourself the agony of trying to restart a new chapter of your career in a sales org where 85% of reps are truly suffering. People are nice here though! Browse Other Reviews
