Not run like a typical sales org, you only get 90 days of quota credit for each deal sold. A lot of things can happen out of your control to make deals worth less than forecasted. Culture is great, and overall the company does things very well.

been here over a year. inbound team is relatively small, so most emphasis around cold calling and outbounding. Dont think theres a strong marketing budget for inbound leads
