Former Employee My overall experience was good but that's unfortunately not the case for most of my colleagues. I was able to get an internal promotion and had some good quarters but it's hard to consistently perform. The company really took a turn for the worse after closing Series D, leadership pushed for rapid growth and hired a ton of AEs/SDRs but neglected to invest in building the brand and increasing organic exposure. Marketing and Ops do their best but are super lean compared to sales. Most deals that close come through inbound channels but leadership prefers to invest in SDRs that generate minimal outbound deals and just qualify inbound leads.. AEs could easily do that so you'd think we should invest in marketing initiatives to bring in more but that's not the case. Browse Other Reviews
