No unified direction, terrible communication, terrible sales plans, unclear goals, favoritism, etc. It is genuinely astonishing how they can see over half of AEs not sell at all during a quarter and say that they shouldn't change things. Very willing to invest in their employees success via development, or even new software. Big believer in AI as well which helps.
