I was approached by a recruiter for an AE role, enterprise segments (grower). Appears I would be upselling an existing book of customers & maybe new logos as well. Is this a desired role at Stripe- is the attainment and opportunity strong? Sounded like team is just getting built out.
More QuestionsSeeing Startup AE roles with an OTE of $180k-$272k on LinkedIn. Is anyone actually hitting OTE, or is this just a vanity number to lure people in. How is the comp plan? Saw some reviews about accelerators being looked at from a yearly perspective, rather than quarterly, making it difficult to blow out OTE. How accurate is that?
