Very strong culture while I was there. Full of high achievers. Not for everyone, but I was treated fairly and performed well. Because of that, I was regularly up-leveled and compensated well.

My overall experience has been good. The usage based model of the product and company present its own challenges when it comes to compensation. Sometime luck is a big factor as it relates to performance. The product and brand are highly revered and well-known. Overall a great sales role.
