Current Employee3.3Jun 16, 2024Pros: The comp is excellent and most of the people you work with are smart. Great also to work for a pair of founders you believe in. Cons: GTM priorities change a lot. Hard to overachieve - feels like there’s a lot of potluck.

Quotas are very attainable and nearly 80-90% of the down market segments are hitting or exceeding quota.
