Very demanding environment with fast pace and high intensity but lots of opportunities to do high impact work and lots of space for creativity. Great product market fit. Would love to see more done on Diversity and Inclusion

Former Employee3.0Oct 19, 2023It was a good job with shaky management. Stripe is full of talented and passionate people. My team went through a ton of managers though which could be tough tough if you need structure. The benefits were amazing and it's a great place to be if you're a self starter.
