Trauma is a great avenue to open the door into med device. Stryker is a market leader but one of the less favorable to companies to work for. Once you’re in growth territory, then the pay becomes awesome. Be prepared to be expected to leave your territory uncovered for BS “team building” events and having a RSM come down on you for covering a case instead of going to their event.

My overall experience has been great! I enjoy my team and they are all highly motivated to succeed. Stryker incentivizes growth and adequately supports our development! Overall, it’s been a great opportunity thus far!
