Current Employee Experience is very territory and team dependent. You will work hard but sustainability and mental sanity depend on how willing your teammates are to balance the workload with you. Pay is often dictated by senior reps who will cut a larger portion for themselves relative to the amount of work they do. There is opportunity to make a lot of money in this job and it can be rewarding but I think you can make as much if not more doing something with a better work/ life balance. Relative to other people in a similar role as mine, I had a "good" work life balance and I took call every other weekend for the past 4 years including late nights and early mornings during the week. There are some slow days but on a commission only model, its hard to relax when an easy day means you aren't making any money. Also there is no reimbursement for mileage and gas, which is insane.
