Stryker is 100% commissions and has a fantastic culture. There is a ton of autonomy in the sales role but you are expected to grow every year and have high quotas. Overall depending on the market you live in the opportunity for make $300,000+ is very realistic but with commission changes and territory realignments it is getting harder and harder to make $500k+.

Great. Strong culture, good products to sell, friendly teammates. Due to large scale of company and corporate model, pay is generally capped.

ASR in Sports Medicine. Great training, good product, OR based role, essentially glued to your surgeons, making sure they have everything they need for surgery.
