Former Employee3.6Jul 25, 2024My overall experience was good but Stryker is cut throat. High pressure quota achieving sales. If you have a good territory you’re in a good spot but if you have a bad territory it’s hard to turn it around. Culture is work hard, play hard.

You will work hard but sustainability and mental sanity depend on how willing your teammates are to balance the workload with you.
