Good for SMB but not an Enterprise solution. Nobody is ripping out and replacing the market leader for this.

Leadership is rudderless. they lack the reality of what we are seeing in the field. We don't know if we are a logs vendor or security vendor. Prod Dev is not maintaining the product to compete effectively. We are losing to the big players. Also there is no 401K match, no equity, no bonus. Very poorly run. Lots of attrition.
