Current Employee3.1Feb 29, 2024Overall experience has been solid. Sumo Logic as a company is an awesome place to work that offers competitive compensation and fantastic work/life balance, however the product is in a crowded space where it doesn't necessarily compete as well as some others.

Then acquired by PE, laid off hundreds of people, delayed promotions and compensation increases for 6 months. I didn't get a promotion despite top performance then 6 months later put on a pip.
