company is at an inflection point, with pricing changes and roles not having clear compensation or structure attached, it was difficult seeing long term growth. While I started out as an expansion rep, I quickly became a renewals and customer success rep in addition to field selling while not being compensated for it.

Good product that works. POV to Production has a very high win rate. Scalability and Performance superior to many. Ease of ingest awesome. Competing mainly in the SIEM market against behemoths offering MDR and bundled cyber products

My overall experience at Sumo Logic was great for the first 12 months. Then acquired by PE, laid off hundreds of people, delayed promotions and compensation increases for 6 months.
