Current Employee2.4Jul 21, 2025Bloating the sales team by adding more headcount when barely anyone hitting quota. I think leadership is smart but PE calls the shots. Took away accelerators that used to make the headaches worth it. Not going to make nearly as much money this year.

It was an inflection point for surveymonkey as they pivoted hard toward ent sales and changed their brand name. Unfortunately they sunsetted the offering but I enjoyed my time there.
