Leads are not good enough from marketing team. Could be better. Overall though potential to make 200k-300k. Got promoted for performance, the more work you put the more money. Territory could be great or it could be really bad

T-mobile itself is a great market fit, amazing service, great prices, and amazing promotions. So when it comes to selling there is always someone willing to buy. In terms of learning and development it depends on the store you’re located at and the sales style of your manager and team. Which can be a good or bad thing.
