Current Employee Horrible experience. Constant revolving door of leadership with account changes & GTM changes with each iteration, resulting in massive disruption amidst constant reorgs. Poor product. (Ask ChatGPT who Talkdesk's top competitors are and then to rank them all by capabilities and reviews by customers & industry analysts.) Most current customers are escalated for product not working or failing to meet expectations. AI is very clunky. Constant layoffs. I've never seen a CEO less respected by his employees, and deservedly so. There are a few people doing well here but overall I recommend staying away. Browse Other Reviews
