Culture has been ruined by new leadership in the past 18 months. It seems they only care about themselves(cashing out when company gets sold) and hiring people they used to work.

When it was Thycotic the culture was much better. Since it became Delinea the leadership team on the sales side is absolutely clueless. They dropped the "centralized platform" way too fast and addressed it like an "oopsies." Whole company is dead in the water in 2 years.

The company competes solely on price, the product is competitive but has gaps when compared to CyberArk or BeyongTrust
