Company used to care about where it fits in the market but lately, clearly cared about revenue. Quietly have become the most expensive solution in the market. Bad leadership hires lately have sent this company on a path that is going to be hard to recover from. Seems like leadership just wants to put pump the numbers to make it appetizing for Microsoft or another company to purchase.

My overall experience was good with selling a great product and very generous commissions plan. In early 2023 new management came in and started gradually laying people off.

It all boils down to the fact that Delinea is not Thycotic. They have a good to great product but a Sales org that has very little idea of how to handle it, particularly US-side as EMEA continues to deliver consistently good results regardless of the madness from across the pond.
