Good company as long as you bring your own eco-system. Inbound leads are very rare and distributed to more tenured reps first. Newer reps struggle to stay afloat and often leave within the first 6 months. From a sales process, underwriting is very taxing and requires more documentation than competitors. The people here are amazing and the leadership can be hit or miss, but overall pretty good.

This is a very competitive envirionment and for "Hunters" in the Field Sales Consultant role. There is a ton to learn and you need to be professional, good at detail and adhear to playbooks if you want to be successful. The first 6 months are difficult but then gets easier. I felt the compensation and benefits were a little above average for a SMB/mid-market AE role. The biggest con is that TriNet management says no to about 50% of the companies you bring to the table. You have to have a ton of inbound to be successful, which really depends on your market. The sales managers make the difference, I had a great one, so it was awesome....Read More
