Sales Leadership is a joke. If you want to get promoted or maintain your place in the org, put your ambitions aside. Leadership only help their friends with leads, promotions, etc. (there are many that legitimately have sleepovers). They’re inexperience shows in Territory management, how they set their team up for success, and more. It’s disappointing and sad. Product hasn’t been updated in years and is constantly falling behind. Service is horrendous now that they laid off many North American workers. Their model is clearly offshoring staff and letting their American core group go.

Worst leadership I've ever worked with. No communication or training. Poor brand recognition. Poor marketplace value perception. They lie to clients about service in the sales process.
