Very complex supply chain sales of engineering services and software SAAS portfolio. Multiple internal challenges working with other competing sales divisions (Transportation, International, Marketing, Capital, Warehousing & consultative services) and limited corporate resources with limited availability. Only 20% successfully high quotas and the 80% are on development plans. Risk reward is out of balance and work life balance is subject to performance. Diversity and Inclusion is very important to leadership and management. Opportunities for advancement

Poor however work life balance is great. I would recommend part time work over a full time position.

UPS has never been and never will be a top sales company. It is mainly an engineering company with sales jobs are combined with customer service. You are expected to only sell, which is unrealistic given the lack of customer service options given to customers.
