Very complex supply chain sales of engineering services and software SAAS portfolio. Multiple internal challenges working with other competing sales divisions (Transportation, International, Marketing, Capital, Warehousing & consultative services) and limited corporate resources with limited availability. Only 20% successfully high quotas and the 80% are on development plans. Risk reward is out of balance and work life balance is subject to performance. Diversity and Inclusion is very important to leadership and management. Opportunities for advancement

It was my first job out of college. This job introduced me to coorperate world and it was great. I learned a lot because ups offered mentorship, weekly meetings with sales leads. They also have ERG’s and an opportunity to get to know your coworkers and bond. Ultimately I was laid off in 2021 and heard that the position was no longer part of their business model.

I have worked here over 10 years the first 8 were amazing, however over the last 2-3 years the company has changed for the worse. I have made the best money the last 2 years. For being a hybrid account management and sales career, there is a lot of stress and dealing with many different aspects of the sale which other roles should be assisting with.
