Very complex supply chain sales of engineering services and software SAAS portfolio. Multiple internal challenges working with other competing sales divisions (Transportation, International, Marketing, Capital, Warehousing & consultative services) and limited corporate resources with limited availability. Only 20% successfully high quotas and the 80% are on development plans. Risk reward is out of balance and work life balance is subject to performance. Diversity and Inclusion is very important to leadership and management. Opportunities for advancement

Variable comp is largely uncontrollable due to YoY component on existing book of business. This is not a pure sales role, and the base is not high enough to be structured as a retention or customer success position. It is challenging to earn a consistent living here

Not a pure sales role. This is more customer success than it is sales. You also are forced to do a ton of customer service work due to the “sales resolution group” being outsourced and incapable of handling any complex problem
