I grew up at UPS and love the service, the local leadership and camaraderie. The historical compensation/benefits /retirement are great. Unfortunately, these are being eroded each and every year by corporate leadership. The corporate view of low/mid management has changed from "partners in the business" to headcount. Sad trend and hope with new leadership they can right the ship.

I had a great team and majority of our coworkers were amazing. Senior leadership lead more out of ego rather than a purpose. Great training program!

Sales Plans Reset. They had made very unrealistic sales plans on purpose, and finally reset them because they realize they were never gonna be met.
