tech is great, messaging is not quite there. don't know if there is the ability or the muscle to compete with the big boys in the space we operate now - MS, SF, SNOW etc.

Bad and unfair compensation- P& L with punishment at churn(adds 1:1 on your target on top). Very high targets almost impossible to achieve in P&L mode. For renewals not compensated, but punished at churn. Most of Management is more numbers crunching than business development.

My overall experience here was negative. There were significant challenges related to adequately supporting AEs and account managers with resources necessary to meet targets. Significant misalignment on employee comp compared to managers in account management roles. Significant lack of values among leadership team.
