Current Employee2.6Mar 20, 2025Sales management and executive leadership is lacking. No coaching or assistance early on in deals. The only assistance is at the end of the quarter when there is a scramble for deals. Then all they have the ability to do is discount based on their incompetence. Unrealistic goals and product development is very lacking.
