Current Employee Average organization. Low Base pay compared to market, not many clear opportunities for growth even though they say there is a structure to promote from within. Upper management not really concerned with the growth of the sales org, just hit your numbers. Luckily I had a great manager, and the people who work on the floor are awesome. Good place to develop skills and network, but most seem to leave by a year.
