Upland sales team has changed a lot (for the worse) in the last year. Turnover is through the roof and virtually impossible to get promoted. Role is advertised as "Hybrid" but it's 4 days in office. Management openly threatens people's jobs in group settings. I'd avoid.

Not a bad company at all. Upland sells a broad variety of products to various sectors of the economy. Pros: uncapped commission, catered lunch several days a week, work from home on Fridays, the tools to be successful are easy to use and have a low learning curve. Do NOT work for this company. I realize the Job market for sales is tough and saturated with layed of AE's AM's SDRS and CSMs. But you will not last more than 5 months. and having a short term Job hop wont look good.
