My overall experience was good but VMware needs to improve its product position, go to market motion, and sales processes to remain competitive moving forward

My overall experience at VMware is positive, it is a great company with a great culture. Lots of benefits that add to your salary. Pay is not the best in the market but certainly not the worst for the role it’s very good and targets are achievable.

I am in EUC (End User Computing) leadership does not think outside of the box at all. Tough grind at the moment. I am actively looking elsewhere. It is not the company that I started with.
