The company was great in the early years and the team was super strong, but as time went on and more layers of management or layered in, it wasn’t great and culture was muddied.

Over hiring too quickly, not setting reps up for success. A lot of pressure to hit massive targets on a monthly basis. Lack of security in job due to PIP issued is having a bad 2 months in a row.
