Current Employee2.3Oct 3, 2025Product is being caught up to rapidly by super low cost competitors. Company PIP policy means if you're not at target 2 quarters in a row you're gone. Quota are set at 1.4m+ for everyone, globally, very unattainable unless you're west or east coast, whole country in europe, etc. Performance is tracked monthly.
