Current Employee The overall environment is toxic and chaotic, driven by leadership that sets completely unrealistic expectations and then disappears when it’s time to support the work. Direction changes weekly, priorities conflict with each other, and reps are expected to somehow deliver results in an environment where no one is aligned. The culture encourages burnout, not success. Instead of teamwork, you get constant pressure, shifting targets, and a blame-heavy mindset that lands on the reps no matter what the root cause is. Very little feels stable, predictable, or grounded in reality. If you’re looking for a place where goals make sense, leadership has a plan, and people are actually empowered to win, this is not that place. It’s an unhealthy environment loaded with noise, stress, and expectations that don’t match the support given.
