The organization offers so many tools for you to succeed. I see the biggest gap in getting hired into a territory with limited opportunity, and there are a dozen or so sales leaders in my office who simply can't sell. There's not a ton of leadership support to get deals through, and sometimes, I feel like I am on an island. The benefits are great: organizational support is solid from the technology, and there is an opportunity to spend money to make money POV. I don't feel sales managers and directors are on the same page with Sr. Leadership, or with one another.

not great, unnatainable quota, very few hit their number, and the ones that do tend to blow it out of the water. It's an absolute chopshop averaging 30% turnover every quarter. Even if you hit your number you can be let go if you're not on the same page as your manager.
