About 1.5 years in and the experience is great. Took about 6-8 months to fully understand the territory, book of business & channel partners to execute a proper strategy and now in a position to exceed a relatively high quota expectation moving forward.

Exhausting. There are incredible tools and resources available, but the company is not set up for reps to succeed. New reps either succeed quickly or leave/forced out. If you have long term success, they will continue to split territories and move the goal post until you fizzle out.

Quotas are high. Territories are small. Your territory will get split regardless of whether you're hitting. Massive difference between selling SLED and Corporate accounts.
