The converted opporunity criteria does not match the Evangelical Sale format of the Visier product. AEs are stuck on BANT, even though that is not the criteria definition of Sales Accepted Opportunities (how BDRs get paid) If the criteria matched the goal, quota would be possible and exceedable. Currently 0% of the BDR team has hit quota in the past two years

Was fired with no cause after less than 6 month on the job. I had just closed my first deal (only person to do so in there first 6month) Was acknowledged with an awarded by the CRO. Note I was the fourth person to be let go in this way and the total ent team was only 8 people.
