Was fired with no cause after less than 6 month on the job. I had just closed my first deal (only person to do so in there first 6month) Was acknowledged with an awarded by the CRO. Note I was the fourth person to be let go in this way and the total ent team was only 8 people.

Amazing product, sales-first culture, market leader. Long sales cycles and big deals can lead to feast or famine. Very low rep turnover which is likely attributed to excitement around market position and product.
