Not a lot to share about this place. Amazing product, crappy management. Welcome to HR Tech. Watch your back and learn the game, the Political game! It is all politics in this place. If you can sell, you will make some good coin here. There's a good chance it could go sour though. If you like political games, have at it. If you worked at ICIMS, you're guaranteed a year of employment too. It's on the third page of the employee agreement. Good luck to whomever gets hired here.

Coworkers and leadership are great. Ryan Wong is lovely to work with and he chats with everyone, including BDRs and gets to know his employees. He plays basketball with employees on Tuesdays after work. BDR leadership is amazing, no micromanaging and very supportive.
