Former Employee Since the acquisition by Ericsson, the company has lost it culture and lost it's way. Leadership is weak and lacks direction, targets are not in line with expectations. Because of AOP, SDR's are stuck with targets that were not created using any data or historical data, nor aligned with sales, marketing, nor ABX. Vonage does not have market awareness, and is choosing to focus on most profitable products rather than the products that actually are competitive and have demand. Browse Other Reviews
