Current Employee Training and onboarding were solid, and I gained hands-on experience using standard sales tools and workflows. The challenge was that the product itself was very niche, making it tough to communicate value quickly in outbound outreach. The target audience often wasn’t clearly defined, so SDRs were largely left to develop their own strategies. This environment might be better suited for experienced reps rather than entry-level sales roles.
Another concern was the recurring layoffs, which affected morale and job security. Advancement opportunities also appeared limited, with few internal promotions and minimal visibility into career growth paths within the sales organization.
