A “good” year is considered 80-90%. Certain teams are well supported by inbound/outbound but some aren’t really supported at all. Remote is hard to connect with others as travel for anything internal is very limited. Other expenses even for customer is scrutinized. Development is available but not a focus. The 2 reps that have been there7+ years have the majority of the pipeline generated and are the only ones who consistently hit quota. They have numerous breaches in trust with the Channel partners they work with as well as product limitations from lack of investment prior to the acquisition by Ericsson.
