A “good” year is considered 80-90%. Certain teams are well supported by inbound/outbound but some aren’t really supported at all. Remote is hard to connect with others as travel for anything internal is very limited. Other expenses even for customer is scrutinized. Development is available but not a focus. Leadership can be very transactional also. Other teams meant to support (legal, pricing approval, product manangers) are slow to respond and help during sales processes.

The company is solid and I really enjoyed the team and strong product. Didn't do much team building activities and our team was remote.

Not great. There are only a few reps within the entire organization that hit their number and are constantly fed with leads. Lot of turnover in the sales departments. The others that have been there for years never hit their number
