They lied about OTE. They were about $100,000K off… Great product; however, hard to support a family—even when doing well!

Dental space is getting so saturated with competition. I think they are banking on partnering with medspa EHR software when in reality they should just make Weave Core (non-integrated) it's own EHR system with a phone system integrated but that is way above my paygrade.

Nobody at the company hits quota. They have the comp structure set up so that the top 5 % get paid well and nobody else has a good payout.
