As of 2024 incoming reps should expect to hit quota on bookings from their own outbound efforts. Inbound/Marketing engine will makeup for less than 10% of your quota attainment in the current environment.

Enterprise Net New Roles were selling to all the laggards. They need to allow net new reps to keep their clients. Second, they have some RSDs that were ineffective, sexist micromanagers.
