The culture at Workday is fantastic. They really care about their employees and want their employees to feel cared for. They do drink a lot of "kool-aid" so may become oblivious to market trends or product gaps. Now that they are reaching market peak, don't be surprised if the sales process becomes harder as negative references also increase.

Positive experience, although there has been a great deal of turnover lately at the middle management level which is a direct correlation of the new executive management regime currently in place. I really enjoy working here and the entire leadership team is great. I do wish there was more representation of minorities in leadership positions.
