Culture and environment is definitely changing and going down. There are more pressures to hit quotas. It has got tougher to close deals and make the same amount of money you could have in the past, but still great earning potential. Hard to achieve work life balance. Pressure of upper management is constant. Low performers get placed on pips a lot more even if you’re new, which is tough considering that it takes a long time to close deals.

Experiences depends on the teams. Some teams are better to work for than others. Customer base always makes quota.

My overall experience was good. The SDR department was solid and had a great culture. I learned a ton from great leaders. I have also seen a shift in culture at the highest levels focused more on profit than people.
