Current Employee My overall experience was okay, I met some great people but the opportunity itself was below expectation. The customer base roles are seeing increasingly lower quota attainments and a vast majority of folks who hit their number can attribute it to a having few customers with high headcount growth. The ability to over-achieve is much lower than what you’d expect at a large enterprise sales org. Comp plan was less than desirable. If you are trying to break into enterprise sales this is a good place, but if you have made good money in previous orgs, don’t expect that consistently here. Lastly, look at how WDAY stock has performed the past 5 years versus other $50B + software companies and that should tell you enough. Browse Other Reviews
